Method of Preparation
Took nishoth, danti mool, tej patta, dal chini, badi elaichi and bamboo up to 12 grams, loha bhsama up to 24 grams, mishri up to 48 grams, shilajit and guggulu up to 96 grams and other remaining herbs up to 36 grams.
First of all clean the guggulu and mix it with loha bhsama. Now crushit properly.
Then add the shilajit and other ingredients in it.
Now leave this mixture in giloy's juice for three days.
Now take175 grams of this mixture and make its pills.
Dose
One to three pills, two times a day with milk, guduchi, kwath or honey.
