Facial nerve is the 7th Cranial nerve and Bell's palsy is a kind of facial paralysis resulting from a dysfunction of this cranial nerve VII (the facial nerve). This leads to inability to control facial muscles on the affected side. There are many other conditions which can cause facial paralysis, e.g., brain tumor, stroke, chronic middle ear infection, and Lyme disease. However, if no specific cause can be identified, the condition is known as Bell's palsy. Named after Scottish anatomist Charles Bell, who first described it, Bell's palsy is the most common of single nerve involvement disease and also called Mononeuropathy. It is the most common cause of acute facial paralysis.

Khanjnikari Ras- 5 gm Ekangveer Ras - 5 gm Rasraj Ras - 2 gm Vat Kulantak Ras - 5 gm Vriht Vat Chintamani Ras - 2 gm VatGajankush Ras- 5 gm Abhrak Bhasma ( Shastra puti ) - 2 gm Giloy Satv- 10 gm Praval Panchamrit - 10 gm Swarn Makshik Bhasma - 10 gm Ashwagandha root powder - 30gm ------------------------------------------------ Make 60 sachets of all these mixed together, give 1 sachet twice daily with honey
