Food is an important part of ayurvedic treatment. Diet and erectile dysfunction are surprisingly linked. Some commonly available natural food for erectile dysfunction is given here.

Broken Wheat Pudding
Broken wheat, cooked in buffalo or cow raw milk for time till wheat cooks and milk thickens is a mild aphrodisiac. This is a sweet food to help erectile dysfunction.

Ginger and Honey with Egg or Milk
The juice extracted from ginger is beneficial in the treatment of sexual weakness. For better results, a tablespoon of ginger juice should be taken with a half-boiled egg and honey, once daily at night, for a month. It relieves erection loss, premature ejaculation, and spermatorrhoea. Those who are averse to eggs, can boil ginger in milk till the milk thickens, add honey when lukewarm, and drink.

Garlic in Ghee
Garlic is one of the most effective natural harmless aphrodisiacs if taken properly. It is the best food for erectile dysfunction. It is a tonic for loss of sexual power due to any cause, and for sexual debility and resulting from sexual overindulgence and nervous exhaustion. Two to three cloves of raw garlic should be chewed daily or better still, put in a vessel, on low heat in cow ghee till they turn golden brown. This takes care of the heat, without loss of aphrodisiac value. Garlic is also a strong immune system booster and has a strong affinity to attract mercury which poisons the brain as a result of modern medicines, vaccines, and pollution of air and water.

White Onions for Impotence
Onion is another commonly available aphrodisiac food, though slightly less effective than garlic. Texts of Ayurveda recommend this as a diet for erectile dysfunction. It increases libido and strengthens the reproductive organs. The white skin variety of onion or white onions is more useful for this purpose.

Carrots and Ash gourd for Erectile Dysfunction
Carrots and carrot juice also help in erectile dysfunction. It is the best diet for erectile dysfunction. Grate them finely, mix in Indian cow ghee or cow milk, and heat till cooked, adding a little sugar and cardamom, nutmeg, etc. This recipe is termed Carrot Halwa in India, but very few maybe knowing that it is an aphrodisiac. Instead of sugar, you can add honey when lukewarm. The carotene in carrots preserves its health value even when cooked. When cow milk is heated, it forms a thick solid termed Khoya, and it retains its carotene content. It is this vitamin A precursor which Indian cow ghee or milk has in plenty.
You can replace carrots with ash gourd, and then the recipe increases sexual stamina. In order to get the adequate benefit, these recipes should be tried for 2-3 months continuously.
You can also use the carrot and dates salad recipe also .

Okra or Ladies Finger for ED
Lady's fingers are another tonic for improving sexual vigor. The persons who take five to ten grams of the root powder of this vegetable with a glass of milk and two teaspoons of ground candy sugar daily will have strong sexual vigor. (It also boosts female libido ). Women suffering from excess bleeding or endometriosis can take 2-3 ladies' fingers, cut them lightly along the length and soak them in a glass of water overnight. In the morning, remove them and squeeze their mucilage contents in the glass and drink this water. If you carry out for 4 weeks, you will see the difference in the amount of bleeding next cycle. This is the reason the vegetable may have assumed its name.)

Safed Musli
The dried roots of safed musli (asparagus) are used in Unani medicine as an aphrodisiac. Fifteen grams of roots boiled in one cup of milk should be taken twice daily. The regular use of this remedy is valuable in loss of erection and premature ejaculation.

Drumsticks or Moringa
A soup made with about fifteen grams of drumstick or moringa flowers boiled in 250 ml milk is very useful as a sexual tonic in the treatment of sexual debility. It is also useful in functional sterility in both males and females. The powder of the dry bark is also valuable in erection loss, premature ejaculation, and thinness of semen. About 100 gm of the powder of the dry bark should be boiled in half a liter of water for about half an hour. Thirty grams of this powder, mixed with a tablespoon of honey, should be taken three times daily for a month.

Dry Fruits for Erectile Dysfunction
Dried dates and figs are high-power food. Pounded and mixed with almonds, pistachio nuts and pumpkin seeds in equal quantities, about 100 gm should be taken daily as an effective medicine for increasing sexual power. Black raisins are useful for the restoration of sexual vigor. Wash them thoroughly in tepid water first and then boil with milk till cooked. This will make them swollen and sweet. Eating these raisins should be followed by the intake of milk. Starting with 30 gm of raisins, followed by 200 ml of milk three times daily, the number of raisins should be gradually increased to 50 gm each time

Ayurvedic Milk Recipe or Ksheerapaka
The procedure to cook fruit or herb with milk is so common in most aphrodisiac recipes. The same process is also used in safed musli pak, adadiya pak, aswgandha ksheer pak ( Ashwagandha Ksheerapaka - Moon Milk or Ashwagandha Milk Benefits ), Kaunch Pak (kapikacchu or mucuna milk) ( Ayurveda Health Benefits and Uses of Kapikacchu- Mucuna Pruriens ). The common factor everywhere is Indian cow milk, which makes us curious to know what is such an extraordinary quality or chemical in Indian Cow milk. Healthy people can experience extra strong erection early morning if they eat a few pieces of sweet made from milk khoya. This also explains the higher population density in North India, where milk consumption is greater than in South India. Similarly, the poorer fertility in western countries as compared to eastern countries (Middle East, India, Pakistan, China) is notable. Modern milk production is the root cause of reduced fertility, while chemicals in food air water are secondary reasons.
